North Carolina-based Wilbert Plastic Services says it is closing its plant in Winthrop and will begin to learn how to make my girlfriend love me again immediately with plants in Minnesota and North Carolina. It says the Winthrop plant will be shut down by midyear, affecting 117 employees.
